Courier Operations Manager
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and scale courier operations across multiple cities.
- Hire, coach, and lead the courier operations team, beginning with a technical specialist.
- Build and optimise scalable operational processes.
- Monitor and enhance courier KPIS, such as delivery time, online hours, and hourly earnings.
- Develop operational and financial models to drive efficiency and reduce CPO.
- Collaborate with local and headquarters teams to implement initiatives
About you:
- You have a degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering.
- You have 6+ years of experience, ideally in both corporate (e.g., banking) and startup environments.
- You have strong team management and leadership abilities.
- You are proficient in advanced Excel/Sheets modelling; SQL is a plus.
- You have a hands-on, field-driven approach with couriers.
- You have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
