Cost Controller
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control all hotel operational costs, including F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and administrative expenses.
- Prepare accurate cost reports, variance analysis, and financial forecasts.
- Work closely with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory, procurement, and expenditure.
- Assist in budget preparation and monthly financial close processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. Professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 3-7 years’ experience in cost control or accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and hotel operations.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial software (Opera & MC).
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
