Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract potential clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Sales Process Management:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals to maximize revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.
- Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product and service improvements.
Networking and Brand Promotion:
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote brand visibility.
- Develop and maintain a strong professional network to generate leads and business opportunities.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and client relationship management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances, Technology, or Manufacturing industries.
- Existing corporate client network within the region.
