Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate sector to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract potential clients and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Understand client needs and propose customized solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Sales Process Management:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales deals to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights for management.
  • Provide feedback on market trends and client needs to inform product and service improvements.

Networking and Brand Promotion:

  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote brand visibility.
  • Develop and maintain a strong professional network to generate leads and business opportunities.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances, Technology, or Manufacturing industries.
  • Existing corporate client network within the region.
