Cook/Cleaner
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The individuals recruited for this position will be expected to carry out the following duties:
- Cooking for large number of staff
- Ensuring efficient utilization of supplies
- Keeping the kitchen environment clean
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Have original UNHCR proof of registration
- Demonstrated ability to speak English and/or Kiswahili
- Demonstrate respect to other staff
- Be of good moral standing with no record of disciplinary cases/action
- Have strong commitment and self-driven
- Candidate must be a resident of Kakuma 1
- Minimum of 6 months experience in cleaning, food preparation and handling
- Primary school certificate and any other academic document and/or training in cooking will be an added advantage
