Objective

• The main objective of this consultancy is to support Dignitas in analyzing the collected data, preparing comprehensive research reports as required, and developing dissemination plans and materials to ensure the BOLO research findings reach relevant stakeholders effectively.

Scope of Work
The consultant will be responsible for the following:

• Review the research objectives, methodology, data collection tools and proposed analysis plan.
• Clean, code, and analyze quantitative and/or qualitative data.
• Prepare detailed research reports including executive summaries, dissemination materials such as presentation decks.
• Support Dignitas in the planning and implementation of BOLO dissemination events (virtual and/or in-person).

Qualifications
The consultant should fulfill the following requirements:

• A postgraduate degree in education, social sciences, statistics or any other relevant field of study.
• Solid knowledge of basic education, the Competency-Based Education and an understanding of education systems transformation.
• Proven track record in conducting research, evaluations and/or undertaking similar assessments.
• Demonstrated experience in designing, conducting and analyzing data for such complex research studies.
• Ability to produce well-articulated, high quality written reports.
