LED Power Technologies EA K Ltd is seeking 3 qualified Construction Safety Officers to join our team and support safe site operations across our projects in Othaya, Nyeri and Naromoru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enforce safety procedures on construction sites.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Perform site inspections, identify hazards, and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate weekly report and follow up on incidents, near misses, and non‑compliance.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safe working practices.
• Maintain safety records and support compliance with OSHA 2007 and construction safety regulations.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and clients on safety matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Management, Environmental Health, or related field.
• At least 2 years’ experience in construction site supervision or safety operations.
• Good knowledge of Kenyan construction laws and OSHA regulations.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Word & Excel).
