Reports to: Relationship Manager
- VFK is looking for dynamic, purpose driven, and results-oriented Commission-Based Insurance Agents to join our expanding team. You will play a vital role in offering trusted insurance solutions to clients, helping them protect what matters most while enjoying the flexibility to manage your own schedule and income. You will be responsible for the following specific tasks:
- Present, Promote and sell VFK’s range of micro insurance products
- Build strong relationships with clients through in-person meetings, calls, and follow-ups
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with full support from our team
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and ongoing policy support
- Prepare quotes and assist clients in understanding policy terms, conditions and exclusions.
- Ensure clients are aware of policy renewal dates and assist with renewal process.
- Analyse risk factors and tailor insurance solutions based on client requirements
- Attend training sessions, team meetings, and company events as needed
- Willingness to learn and grow within a professional team
- Collaborate with other Insurance staff to ensure excellent customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field preferred. Insurance Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
- Strong understanding of micro-insurance products, industry standards or financial products
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated success in commission-based or target-driven environments
- Experience working independently or in field-based roles is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Persuasive, confident, and self-motivated
- Comfortable using digital forms, reports, or CRM systems (training provided)
- Integrity, honesty, and a commitment to ethical sales practices

- The candidate must be a professing and practicing Christian whose conduct and depth of character are governed by personal Christian convictions.
