College Principal

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • Ability to relate well with people at all levels.
  • Knowledgeable about the psychology of young adults. Training in administration
  • Resourceful and open minded.
  • Ability to facilitate people working together as a team
  • Have strong teaching experience.
  • A registered nurse with a minimum of Bachelor degree in Nursing or medical profession from a recognized university. A master’s degree in a medical related discipline, a post-graduate diploma, higher diploma in medical education will be an added advantage.
  • Possess a valid private practicing License
  • Leadership and Management training is highly desirable
  • Must demonstrate high integrity and ethical practice
  • Must demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must be a team player who is able to work cordially in teams
  • Must demonstrate ability to multitask.
  • Should have ability to solve problems by applying relevant business knowledge
  • Must have the ability to communicate for both written and oral communication
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must be a flexible person, who is willing to learn to achieve desired goals
  • Must have knowledge in use of MS office package
