• We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Cleaner to ensure that our premises remain clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times. The ideal candidate is proactive, committed to high hygiene standards, and able to deliver consistent results with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, office spaces, kitchens, and shared areas.
• Empty bins, dispose of waste, and follow proper waste management procedures.
• Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and promptly report any repairs needed.
• Refill and restock cleaning supplies such as soap, tissue, detergents, and sanitizers.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards across all assigned areas.
• Support periodic deep-cleaning activities as required.
• Perform any other cleaning tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• KCSE Certificate with a minimum grade of C+.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar cleaning role.
• Strong understanding of cleaning procedures, products, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and with minimal supervision.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
