Professional Requirements

• Be holders of at least a Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma and Master Degree in Medical Laboratory or related field from a recognized institution.
• Must have minimum 5-year experience running a busy multi-specialty teaching laboratory of human anatomy.
• Be registered and in good standing by KMLTTB.
• Must have research experience as evidence by authorship or co-authorship of peer reviewed scientific papers.
• Must provide evidence of computer literacy

 Duties and responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the management of our multi-specialty laboratories.
• Organize practical sessions for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
• To service and maintain equipment and supervise technical staff.
• Supervision of technical staff in the department.
• Participate in research activities in the department.
• Participate in procurement matters.
• Engage with external stakeholders to enhance collaboration and support for the department’s initiatives.
