Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage fundraising initiatives, including cultivating donor relationships, preparing funding proposals, and supporting investor engagement strategies to mobilize capital from both philanthropic and investment sources.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate investment opportunities, assess program sustainability, and support strategic decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to inform funding strategies, performance tracking, and resource allocation across projects or portfolios.
• Create high-quality presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, donors, and investors, clearly communicating financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Apply strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, drawing from experience in management consulting, investment, or operational roles, to optimize organizational performance and scale impact.

Qualifications:

• Must have a relevant Bachelors Degree.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
