We are looking for Front Office Agent responsible for increasing customer satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt and courteous Front Office services connected with arriving, in-house and departing guests. They should be able to work closely with all key business part- ners in order to achieve quality results in guest experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcomes and checks in guests professionally, ensuring a smooth arrival to departure experience. Provides information about the hotel and local area.
- Allocates rooms,issues keys,and updates guest records accurately.
- Manages reservations and applies yield strategies to maximize revenue.
- Follows credit procedures to minimize revenue loss.
- Coordinates room status with housekeeping for check-ins, check-outs,and special requests.
- Maintains key control and communicates room availability to the Front Office Team Leader. Responds to guest complaints using the ABC approach and escalates when needed.
- Promotes teamwork and communicates effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Performs duties efficiently in line with hotel policies and service standards.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Tourism/Hotel Management or its equivalent
- 2+ years of experience, preferably in a 4-Star or 5-Star Hotel.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Method of Application
Accounts Payables is the officer responsible for all outflows leaving the hotel coffers and will assist in the production of financial and accounting reports and ensure effective and efficient management of financial and material resources of the organization. They are also in charge of the property’s compliance to tax requirements in computation and timely remitting of all taxes, levies and regulatory charges and licenses.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving, verifying, and processing invoices from vendors.
- Preparing and executing payments to vendors according to agreed-upon terms. Reconciling accounts payable records with vendor statements and bank statements.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,as well as relevant regulations.
- Preparing reports on accounts payable activity,including aging reports and payment forecasts. Maintaining positive relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting with the month-end closing process by preparing journal entries and reconciliations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant degree/diploma in Finance, Accounting or related business discipline, from a recognized academic institution.
- Maintain currency of Kenya Taxation code
- Good knowledge of SUN system & Micros Material control
- 3 years’ experience working in the Accounts/Finance Management function within the hospitality industry.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office,particularly Excel and Word
- CPA (K) or ACCA certifications
