Position Overview
- We are looking for a creative, proactive, and enthusiastic Videography Intern to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our content and project teams to capture behind-the-scenes moments, completed projects, client testimonials, and company events. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a strong portfolio in luxury, architectural, and lifestyle videography.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture high-quality videos of ongoing and completed interior and renovation projects.
- Film behind-the-scenes footage of our creative process and project executions.
- Record company events, team activities, and client interactions where approved.
- Assist in basic editing of videos for use on social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Organize and archive raw footage and final edits.
- Work closely with the social media and marketing team to plan visual storytelling content.
- Ensure brand consistency, creativity, and professionalism in all captured content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign shoots and visual concepts.
Requirements
- Strong interest in videography, film, or visual storytelling (portfolio of previous work is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of video shooting techniques (camera angles, lighting, sound, etc.).
- Ability to handle camera equipment (owning personal equipment is an added advantage).
- Familiarity with basic video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
- A good eye for detail, creativity, and visual aesthetics.
- Willingness to travel to project locations as needed (transport provided).
- Reliable, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Available to work at least 4 days a week.

Job Summary
- The Front Office Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and partners, while also supporting the office with administrative, accounting, and communication tasks. The ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of balancing multiple roles, including front desk management, basic accounting support, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office & Client Relations
- Greet and welcome clients, partners, and guests at the office.
- Manage phone calls, walk-ins, and WhatsApp chats in a professional manner.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and client appointments.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Administration & Coordination
- Respond to emails, forward inquiries to the relevant departments, and follow up on pending responses.
- Draft professional correspondence, reports, and updates for internal and external communication.
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and subcontractors to ensure timely deliveries, quotes, and updates.
- Maintain up-to-date records for contacts, inventory, deliveries, and staff movement.
Accounting & Office Support
- Generate professional quotes, pro forma invoices, and tax invoices using Excel or accounting software.
- Record transactions and assist in maintaining proper expense documentation.
- Support with petty cash handling, supplier reconciliations, and basic financial reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for finance and admin documents.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 1 year of front office or administrative experience (experience in the construction or interior design industry is a strong advantage).
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail), and invoicing tools.
- Basic accounting knowledge is essential (bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent command of professional English.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and discretion in handling company information.
- Pleasant, welcoming personality and well-groomed appearance.
