Academic Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university is mandatory.
- A PhD in a related field is often an added advantage.
- Must have attended a senior management course lasting at least four (4) weeks at a recognized institution (for senior-level appointments).
Proffessional Experience
- At least 10 years of relevant administrative experience in a university or higher education institution, 5 of which must be at a senior management level (e.g., Deputy Registrar or equivalent).
- Proven experience in academic administration, including management of admissions, examinations, student records, curriculum development, and graduation processes.
- Demonstrated understanding of university policies, academic regulations, and quality assurance processes.

Academic Qualifications
- Earned Doctorate (PhD) from a recognized university in: o Business Administration o Finance, Accounting, Economics o Management, Public Administration, or a related field
- A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is mandatory.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CIA, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Proffessional Experience
- Minimum of 10–15 years’ relevant work experience, with at least 5 years in senior management in a university or comparable institution.
- Proven experience in: o Financial management and budgeting o Human resource administration o Procurement and asset management o Policy development and institutional governance
- Demonstrated experience working with University Councils/Boards and regulatory bodies.
