Job Purpose

  • Responsible with ensuring quality, efficient and proactive human resource support services for the team in the following functions talent acquisition, Industrial relations, Performance management, payroll processing and leave management

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits Management

Payroll Management

  • Timely Preparation and Submission of Payroll Inputs: Ensure the accurate and prompt collection, preparation, and submission of all payroll inputs to guarantee timely salary disbursements.
  • Resolution of Payroll Grievances: Address and resolve any payroll-related grievances efficiently to maintain employee satisfaction and trust in the payroll process.

Talent Acquisition

  • Recruitment and Placement-Regular
  • Vacancy identification for new or existing positions
  • Manage an effective and efficient recruitment life cycle while minimizing cost per hire.

Disciplinary Management

  • Manage complex employee relations casework including disciplinary management Line Managers & Centre Managers

Team Management

  • Oversight of HR Functions: Supervise the HR team’s daily functions, providing expert guidance and coaching to foster professional development and team cohesion.
  • Delegation of Assignments: Assign various tasks to team members based on their strengths and ensure that all assignments are executed within established timelines to maintain productivity.

Policy Formulation and Implementation

  • Drafting and Reviewing HR Policies: Develop, review, amend, and implement comprehensive HR policies and procedures that align with Kenya’s labor laws, ensuring compliance and best practices in human resources management.

Staff Welfare Management

  • Implementation of Welfare Programs: Propose, develop, and implement staff welfare programs that focus on enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction, contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Audit Reporting and CAPA

  • Compliance Assurance: Ensure that the company’s HR programs are fully compliant with labor laws, mitigating potential risks and fostering a positive work environment..
  • Collaboration with External Auditors: Work collaboratively with external auditors, implementing their recommendations in areas identified for improvement to enhance HR practices and processes.

Employee Engagement: Mental Health

  • Establishing Counselling Programs: Develop and implement staff counselling programs aimed at supporting employees’ mental health and well-being.
  • Promotion of Mental Health Awareness: mental health discussions and workshops to reduce work-related stress and promote a happier workplace atmosphere.
  • Facilitation of Team-Building Activities: Organize team-building activities to strengthen relationships among employees, enhancing teamwork and collaboration.
  • Avail Regional support to address all staff-related concerns
  • Act as the company’s representative in all legal matters to support the legal department
  • Reporting and Data Analytics

Job Requirements

  • Proven HR generalist experience of five years is expected.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills is required together with proven leadership capabilities and solid knowledge of employment legislation and its application.
  • A graduate in Human Resource Management is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership in planning, directing, and managing daily Medical centre Operations across all 55 clinics.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement strategic initiatives that improve patient care and institutional growth.
  • Responsible for Growth in Insurance / Corporate Partners
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and quality assurance standards.
  • Optimize resource utilization (staffing, equipment, budgets) to achieve efficiency and sustainability. all
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across departments.
  • Leadandmentor multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration between medical, administrative, and support staff.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB/MBBS) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital operations.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large-scale operations.
  • Excellent strategic planning, financial management, and decision-making skills
