Car Tracking Sales Team Leader
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead aggressive field activities with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Drive business growth by proactively identifying untapped markets, forming partnerships and introducing innovative outreach approaches.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion.
- Allocate sales territories, monitor field activities and provide guidance on closing deals.
- Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve team performance and product knowledge.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing accurate weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide
- feedback to guide product positioning.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3 year experience in the motor vehicle industry& selling car tracking or fleet management solutions.
- Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and results-focused.
- Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and make strategic decisio Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
