Car Tracking Sales Team Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead aggressive field activities with the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Drive business growth by proactively identifying untapped markets, forming partnerships and introducing innovative outreach approaches.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to increase lead generation and conversion.
  • Allocate sales territories, monitor field activities and provide guidance on closing deals.
  • Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to improve team performance and product knowledge.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing accurate weekly and monthly reports for management.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and provide
  • feedback to guide product positioning.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3 year experience in the motor vehicle industry& selling car tracking or fleet management solutions.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented and results-focused.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and make strategic decisio Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.
