Business Development Officers (Lead Converters)

Roles/Duties & Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
  • Conduct needs analysis and offer tailored pension solutions.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams.
  • Report on conversion rates and sales performance.
  • Develop competitive strategies to grow our products
  • Support annual budget through strategic partnerships.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints.
  • Inform clients about regulatory changes and product updates.
  • Work closely with the line manager and other departments to achieve business goals.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (Marketing, Sales, Public Relations, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales or related field.
  • Diploma in Insurance or Pensions is an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge in pension and insurance industry
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of retirement benefits or investment products.
  • Excellent presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and professional.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior executives.
