Branch Sales Manager
Peach Cars is opening up new locations and rapidly expanding our operations. We require a branch sales manager at each location to ensure that our buyer-facing reps, seller-facing reps, and sales admin associates are well managed. Additionally, this individual will support inspection coordination, performance management, and general management of the location’s operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Management of the Sales Team
- Buyer-facing reps have consistent viewings, are strong negotiators, have cars in the pipeline, and provide a positive customer experience.
- Private Seller Facing Reps have strong intake numbers, are managing the communication on the CRM and other platforms, and are showing customers a positive experience
- Sales Admin timelines are reasonable during handovers, they have well-managed workflows, can solve problems independently, and provide a positive customer experience to clients
- Brokers on retainer management
- Feedback from the Quality Assurance teams is actionable and integrated into our systems to ensure customer communication is strong, timely, and professional.
- Inspections are well coordinated and any issues that come up are resolved
- Reporting and performance management of the team are being tracked
- The team is well managed in terms of scheduling, regular 1:1s, growth/coaching, and accountability for outcomes.
Oversee all branch operations
- Serve as *the* communicator for the location managed. Ensure you’re present, known by customers, and delivering a positive customer experience
- Takes action and owns problem-solving for their location
- Can continue to sell 3 vehicles a month in addition to team management
Maintain complete, accurate, and timely data entry to ensure reliability and integrity of business records.
- Ensure sales Master Tracker is filled on time daily
- Ensure daily reporting on the Slack channel and daily viewing reports are updated
- Coordination with cross-functional Teams (Fleet, Admin, Inspections, Growth, Product, etc)
- Coordination with Finance to ensure we have what we need to build a successful location without overspending on the budget.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Business related degree
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or Customer Experience/ Relationship Management
- Strong analytical and results-oriented skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data/ performance and draw insights from the data
- Experience and dedication to building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
