Branch Manager- Chuka

At least 3 years of experience in the microfinance sector, with a strong understanding of lending operations and client relationship management.
Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Team Leader, Supervisor, or Branch Coordinator), preferably within a financial institution.
Proven track record of managing teams and meeting branch targets.
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A Diploma or Degree in a business-related field is an added advantage.
Must be willing to work in Chuka
