Benefits Sales Support Specialist
The Benefits Support Specialist will collaborate closely with managers to create and develop reports using the PRISM system. The role also involves organizing and categorizing emails, maintaining constant communication with carrier sales and brokers, and managing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers in the creation and development of reports using the PRISM system.
- Organize and categorize emails for efficient communication and retrieval.
- Maintain constant communication with carrier sales and brokers to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform document management tasks, including filing, tracking, and retrieval of documents.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint, to prepare and present data and reports.
- Support administrative work related to benefits consulting.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles with a focus on document management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with the PRISM system is a plus.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in a an administrative role.
