QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-3 years’ experience as a barman in a busy bar, lounge, or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage service.
• Skilled in customer service, upselling, and handling guest requests.
• Familiar with stock control, inventory, cash handling, and POS systems.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Certificate/Diploma in Food & Beverage Service, Mixology, or Hospitality is an added advantage.
