We are seeking an Associate Consultant with strong experience in stakeholder engagement and human rights to support the development of guidance for conservation and place-based programs. This role is ideal for an experienced consultant who has worked directly with vulnerable groups and rights-holders and can translate policy and safeguards into clear, usable tools for practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical input on stakeholder engagement approaches
• Advice on human rights–based and inclusive participation practices
• Contribute to practical tools (guidance notes, checklists, templates)
• Support remote consultations with international teams
• Review and refine draft guidance documents
