Job Summary: 

A well-established law firm is seeking qualified and motivated Associates to join its growing team. The ideal candidates should be diligent, proactive, and possess strong legal research and drafting skills. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, contracts, and opinions
• Provide legal advice and strategies to clients
• Conduct legal research and prepare case files 
• Liaise with clients, courts, government bodies, and other stakeholders 

Qualifications: 

• An LLB degree from a recognized university 
• Admission to the Roll of Advocates of the High Court of Kenya 
• A valid practicing certificate 
• Minimum 3 years post-admission experience in active legal practice 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
