Assistant Solution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Provide end to end Support for all ICT, IoT and Cloud Services Delivery both remote & onsite
- Build and execute a comprehensive project management plan covering the entire project lifecycle of ICT, IoT and Cloud projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, and addressing key aspects such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, Supplier Management, effective communication, and risk management
- Support the Sales & Pre-Sales team as needed for designing the solutions as per customer requirement & commercial proposals, RFP submissions
- Manage, maintain & nurture ICT, IoT and Cloud supplier relations in the region & evaluate any new supplier as needed
- Coordinate internally with various functions like Support, Product, Legal, Finance etc for execution of customer requirements & smooth delivery
- Provide support to customer for any troubleshooting & service lifecycle
- Understand & align to customer SLA & other contract Terms & Conditions
Job Requirements:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering.
- Working Experience: Minimum 5-7 Years of experience in ICT domain in Presales, Solutioning & Project Management.
- Hands on experience in Equipment installation, configuration, troubleshooting for delivery of ICT products of various OEMs like Huawei, Cisco, ZTE, HP, Dell, Fortinet etc.
- Strong understanding of service components for ICT infrastructure build for small & large scale projects covering office network setup, servers, security devices, unified collaboration services/products, AV Systems, WIFI & Network cabling etc.
- Excellent supplier management skills & problem solving attitude.
- Added advantage if have knowledge IOT/5G related services.
- Technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, Cloud, ICT and IDC are preferred.
- Proven project management and organisation skills.
- Good consultative (negotiation, persuading & influencing) skill & preferred experience in handling large Chinese enterprise customers.
- Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motived, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
