Are you passionate about renewable energy and hands-on technical work? We are seeking a Solar Technician & Assistant to join our growing team. The role involves supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related components.
• Prepare and organize tools, materials, and equipment for smooth project execution.
• Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and system testing.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of work done, materials used, and site reports.
• Provide courteous support to clients and collaborate with the technical team.

What We’re Looking For

• At least a Diploma in Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related technical field.
• 1–2 years experience in solar installation or electrical works (internship/apprenticeship considered).
• Basic knowledge of DC/AC wiring and solar PV systems.
• Hands-on skills with tools and measuring instruments.
• Physically fit, safety-conscious, and willing to work outdoors/at heights.
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in solar PV installation T2 or T3 Certification will be an added advantage.
