Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this position, a candidate must:
- Be a Citizen of Kenya; and
- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines:- Geology, Engineering Geology, Geophysics, Geochemistry or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Duties and Responsibilities
- The officer will be involved in hydrogeological, geophysical, geotechnical, borehole drilling and groundwater development programmes under close supervision of an experienced officer; and
- Carrying out detailed hydrogeological, geophysical, hydro geochemical, geotechnical and borehole drilling projects.
