Assistant Executive Customer Service
- Join us as an Assistant Executive Customer Service (Kikambala, Kilifi)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through timely order processing, proactive engagement, and sales achievement. You’ll build strong customer relationships, grow product sales through upselling and cross-selling, and communicate effectively on orders, pricing, and new offers.
- The role also involves managing debt collection within trading terms to maintain healthy accounts and support overall business growth.
EXPERIENCE
- 2 years’ experience in Customer Service or a related role, preferably in FMCG.
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships, process orders,
- and communicate effectively.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and ERP systems.
