We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Visualiser / 3D Visualiser to join our design team. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, spatial awareness, and the technical skill to transform 2D architectural drawings into high-quality 3D visuals and immersive walk-through animations. Your work will be central to communicating design intent and helping clients and stakeholders visualise proposed developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret architectural plans, elevations, and sections to create accurate and visually compelling 3D models and renderings.
• Produce photo-realistic still images, walkthrough videos, and flythrough animations for presentation and marketing purposes.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure visualisations align with design concepts and specifications.
• Develop and manage materials, lighting, and camera setups to enhance realism and storytelling in visuals.
• Use appropriate post-production tools to refine images and videos to professional quality.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering visuals in a timely and efficient manner under tight deadlines.
• Stay current with industry tools and visualization trends to continuously improve output quality and workflow.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (3+ years) as a 3D Visualiser in an architectural or design setting.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of architectural renderings and animations.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software, including but not limited to:
• 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino
• V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, or Enscape
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects)
• Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, scale, and materials.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain visual and technical aspects clearly.
• Ability to handle feedback constructively and adapt to shifting project priorities.
