Job Responsibilities
The Programme’s main objectives are to enhance:
- Workplace Readiness & Employability: Equipping trainees with soft skills, ethics, communication, and teamwork abilities;
- Professional Practice in Supply Chain Management: Training in procurement, sourcing, contract management, and logistics;
- Mentorship & Coaching: Providing structured mentorship from experienced professionals within HOP and KISM.
