The job holder will be responsible for achieving sales volume and value targets, driving market share, activation of targeted accounts, trade and channel development as well as managing and servicing existing outlets while prospectinganddeveloping new accounts with a focus on building long termcustomer relationshipsand increasing sales revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generate and facilitate orders for overall sales revenue growth
  • Manage stocks in all allocated outlets and ensure their availability.
  • Ascertain that all products are clean, well displayed, positioned in strategichightraffic areas and are sold at correct recommended retail price.
  • List any available products in the outlets as per customer size; and continuallyseekto increase product range in the outlets handled.
  • Assess market share of the company products compared similar products sold by customers by competitors anddopricecomparisons.
  • Provide customers feedback regarding complaints or suggestions: andtrackprogress of the same to ensure customer satisfaction. Submit timely and accurate reports

Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

  • A minimum of degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field froma reputable institution.
  • They must have a degree/diploma/certificate in Sales & Marketing or a relatedfieldfrom a reputable institution.
  • Should have at least 1 year of experience, preferably handling householditems,cups , plates , mugs , flasks etc.
  • Proven experience in the Modern trade (MT) and General trade (GT) business.
  • Familiarity with competitor brands/ products. Posses ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Be proficient in customer relationship management. Posses ability to work in an extremely high-pressure high accountabilityenvironment.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence crediblyandeffectively to costumers.
  • Available immediately.
