TSCL is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the vacancy for the Mill Fitter in Factory Department. Interested candidates should fulfill the following conditions: –

Job Purpose

• The Fitter will be responsible for assembling and installing machinery and equipment, conducting tests and quality control, and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

Key Task and Responsibilities.

• Repair and replace damaged or worn parts of machinery
• Perform quality checks to ensure machinery is working optimally
• Use a variety of tools, including hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and replacements
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
• Diagnose faults in machinery or equipment and determine necessary repairs
• Communicate with other team members and supervisors about machinery performance and maintenance issues.

Professional Qualification/Skills.

• Proven experience as a Fitter
• Excellent ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings
• Experience with power tools and hand tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and team working skills
• Diploma or equivalent; Certificate from a vocational school or completion of apprenticeship is a definite plus in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years.
