Sales Executive – Security Solutions (Nairobi)

  • As the Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving business development and revenue growth across a wide portfolio of integrated security solutions including manned guarding, vehicle tracking, electronic security systems, and emergency response services.
  • We’re looking for someone with a strong sales background, a passion for client engagement, and the ability to present complex solutions with clarity and confidence.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Selling a suite of security solutions and consistently meeting monthly sales targets
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Conducting site visits and delivering tailored client presentations and proposals
  • Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
  • Maintaining strong client relationships to drive long-term account growth
  • Representing the company at trade shows, activations, and stakeholder events

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience in the security or related services industry
  • Experience selling services such as manned guarding, vehicle tracking, or emergency response
  • Strong account management and business development skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation ability
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented professional
  • Location: Nairobi
  • Salary: KES 45,000
