Scope of Work
Phase 1: Discovery and Planning
- Conduct a full audit of the websites.
- Collect input from stakeholders for all three websites.
- Understand each site’s audience, goals, content needs, and integration requirements.
- Benchmark comparable websites locally and globally.
Phase 2: Website Strategy and Design
- Develop a sitemap, navigation structure, and user journey for each site.
- Propose unified branding principles while preserving service-specific identity (e.g., fertility vs diagnostics).
- Design modern, mobile-responsive user interfaces with a strong focus on UX.
Phase 3: Content Development
- Review and rewrite existing content.
- Enhance content including service descriptions, FAQs, patient journeys, testimonials, and patient education.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized, patient-friendly, and aligned with each brand’s tone.
Phase 4: Technical Development
- Build the three websites on a recommended CMS (e.g., WordPress or equivalent).
- Ensure fast performance, high responsiveness, security, and SEO optimization.
- Integrate required features such as:
- Booking/enquiry forms
- WhatsApp chat
- Access portals (e.g., PACS for KPN)
- Blog or news section
- Multilingual support (optional for IVF)
- Contact directory or map-based facility locator
Phase 5: Testing and Launch
- Conduct thorough device and browser testing.
- Address feedback and finalize the websites.
- Assist with rollout and launch coordination.
Phase 6: Training and Handover
- Train internal staff to manage basic content updates.
- Provide administrative access and documentation.
- Offer post-launch technical support (minimum 1–3 months).
