Wealth Analyst

  • We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Wealth Analyst to join our fund management company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising individual and institutional clients on how best to allocate capital across our range of investment funds based on their financial goals, risk appetite, and investment horizon. The Wealth Advisor will play a key role in deepening client relationships, providing sound financial guidance, and driving assets under management (AUM) growth through strategic advice and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, offering holistic financial advice tailored to their personal or institutional investment goals.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, providing consistent updates, portfolio reviews, and proactive engagement.
  • Educate clients on our full range of funds, ensuring they understand how each product fits their needs.
  • Investment Advisory & Portfolio Strategy
  • Analyze client portfolios and recommend appropriate allocations within our proprietary funds.
  • Stay informed about fund performance, market trends, and economic indicators to guide portfolio decisions.
  • Support clients through life transitions and liquidity events by offering relevant investment solutions from our product suite.
  • Business Development & AUM Growth
  • Acquire new clients through referrals, strategic partnerships, events, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Actively promote our fund offerings by explaining features, benefits, performance, and suitability to both new and existing clients.
  • Work closely with internal teams to prepare tailored investment proposals, presentations, and onboarding documentation.
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and internal policies in client interactions and portfolio management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client profiles, investment transactions, advice provided, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the operations and compliance teams to support reporting and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CISI, CFA, CFP, or CPA are an added advantage.
  • Experience in wealth management, investment advisory, or financial services is an added advantage
  • Solid understanding of collective investment schemes and capital markets.
  • Familiarity with fund structures, performance metrics, and regulatory frameworks in Kenya
