Supply Chain Management Assistant – 2 Posts
Requirements For appointment:
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management or Procurement or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution;
- Proficiency in computer application skills; and
- Fulfilled the provisions of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
- An Applicant with at least two (2) years’ experience in similar position will have an added advantage
Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertaking market research, surveys and analysis;
- Implementing procurement plans and processing requisitions;
- Participating in sourcing, supplier evaluation, inviting offers, negotiations and contracting;
- Inspecting utilization and stock of supplies;
- Participating in drafting bid awards;
- Drafting tender advertisement notices; and
- Verifying payment documents for goods and services delivered to the Company by suppliers.
