Human Resource Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment (job postings, screening, interview scheduling).
  • Coordinate onboarding & orientation for new hires.
  • Maintain employee records & HR documentation.
  • Support payroll & benefits administration. Ensure HR compliance & policy updates. Handle employee relations & engagement activities.
  • Assist with training & development programs.
  • Manage HR administrative tasks & reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality Industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) certification is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR management systems
