Human Resource Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment (job postings, screening, interview scheduling).
- Coordinate onboarding & orientation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records & HR documentation.
- Support payroll & benefits administration. Ensure HR compliance & policy updates. Handle employee relations & engagement activities.
- Assist with training & development programs.
- Manage HR administrative tasks & reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality Industry.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Hospitality Management.
- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) certification is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR management systems
