Branch Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Loan Processing: Handle loan applications efficiently, ensuring timely approvals and disbursements in line with company policy.
  • Collections: Manage overdue payments while maintaining strong client relationships to minimise defaults.
  • Customer Support: Deliver excellent service to new and existing clients by responding to inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Branch Operations: Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Jewel complex (Thika Road)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in microfinance or banking is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of loan processing and collections is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
