Key Responsibilities

• Drive business strategy, growth, and market expansion
• Ensure full compliance with CBK regulations, AML/CFT, and data protection
• Oversee operations, service delivery, and system reliability
• Build strategic partnerships with banks, MNOs, fintechs, and government entities
• Lead high-performing cross-functional teams
• Oversee product innovation across payment APIs, collections, disbursements, wallets, and IMT services
• Manage financial performance, risk, and profitability

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 10+ years’ experience in fintech, payments, banking, or digital financial services
• 7+ years in senior leadership roles within a regulated environment
• Proven experience scaling payment or digital financial services
• MBA or Master’s degree is an added advantage
