Procurement Officer I – 3 Posts
Basic Salary: Kshs. 58,360 – Kshs. 90,200 (Permanent & Pensionable)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating procurement planning and implementation.
- Preparing tender documents, advertisements and procurement reports.
- Ensuring compliance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (PPADA).
- Managing supplier relations, evaluation and contract administration.
- Maintaining procurement records, inventories and documentation.
- Advising departments on procurement needs and procedures.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the head of department.
Requirements for Appointment
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Commerce or related field.
- Must be a member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM).
- At least three (3) years relevant experience.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and PPADA compliance.
- Computer proficiency.
