HR Management Officer I – 2 Posts

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implementing HR policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Managing employee records and HRIS updates.
  • Coordinating recruitment, induction and training.
  • Processing leave applications and staff welfare matters.
  • Preparing HR reports.

Requirements for Appointment

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
  • Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
  • Computer proficiency.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certificate in Supervisory Skills Development will be an added advantage.
