Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Specialist to join our Nairobi-based team and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales consultations.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close high-value deals.

Product & Market Expertise

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, features, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities.
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to product and marketing teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training sessions, trade shows, and industry events.

Customer Support & After-Sales Service

  • Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and identify up-sell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience

  • 2–4 years of relevant sales experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
