Mission Description

• Execute customs bonds and maintain records of the same
• Maintain bond cancellation and retirement lodges
• Verify bond security invoices for payment
• Prepare refund vouchers for the company
• Prepare and follow up bond cancellation vouchers
• Handle document processing unit and customs queries
• Comply with bond rejections from KRA to enable bond cancellation
• Prepare monthly reports of returns for all un-cancelled entries
• Analyze bond validity and exposure and advise on the same
• Follow up bond transactions for various projects within the company

Profile

• Diploma in Customs Administration
• 3 years’ experience in customs support
