Key Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of HPC brand strategies across assigned territory
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotion compliance
• Manage distributors and coordinate field teams to achieve sales and distribution targets
• Conduct regular market audits and provide timely reports to management

Requirements

Key Requirements:

• 2–5 years’ experience in FMCG field sales or trade marketing, specifically Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC) products
• Experience managing distributors and a minimum of 10 field staff per territory
• Strong knowledge of general trade execution, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promo compliance
• Proven track record in territory ownership and growth
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability and willingness to work extensively in the field
