Overall Purpose of the Job:
- Reporting to the Head of Emergency Rescue Services and Training, the Clinical Officer will provide high-quality primary healthcare services, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and support workplace health, wellness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient care, including assessment, treatment, follow-up, and emergency management
- Maintain accurate patient records and perform routine clinical procedures
- Conduct employee health checks and support workplace wellness, safety initiatives, and emergency preparedness
- Oversee daily clinic operations, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Prepare and submit clinical and operational reports
- Coordinate referrals, emergency evacuations, and collaborate with HR, Safety, and Welfare teams to support employee wellbeing
Position Requirements & Key Competencies
- Diploma in Clinical Medicine & Surgery with valid registration and practising license
- 2–3 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or occupational health settings
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a stand-alone clinic
- High professionalism, confidentiality, ethical conduct, and customer-focused care
- ICT proficiency and training in BLS/ALS (an added advantage)
- Experience in corporate or industrial clinic settings is desirable
