Senior Sales Executive

Brief responsibilities:-
Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the target market.
  • Promote and sell air compressors and generators to both existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct site visits to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
  • Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide timely market insights and report on competitor activities.
  • Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment sales.
  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of air compressors and generators is highly advantageous.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Must be based in, or have strong familiarity with, the Nairobi market.
