Field Sales Agent – Meru

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate sales orders and manage the process through to delivery and payment.
  • Source new sales opportunities and expand the company’s client base within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of our product inventory and specifications.
  • Monitor market competition and best practices to provide the best service to clients.

Qualifications

  • You are a Kenyan citizen, aged 25 years or above.
  • You have a proven passion for sales and a track record of achieving targets.
  • You are a self-starter, able to work effectively with minimal supervision.
  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • You are adapt at identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • You are organized and have strong record-keeping abilities.
  • You own and are proficient with an Android smartphone.
