- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Must include 3 years of FMCG Field sales experience preferably in Dairy or Soda or Water
- University degree or higher diploma in business or related subject
- Must have managed sales teams
- Deliver Daily, weekly and Monthly Sales Targets/quotas within designated market region.
- Prepare daily activity reports for the designated market region and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction on all orders while striving to increase customer database within designated market region.
- Competencies for Computer literate with Basic ERP Knowledge the position
- Good Communication, negotiation skills
- Place of Work :Nairobi with 20-30% travel.
