• We are seeking a Quality & Safety Specialist to join our Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction and engineering activities meet quality standards and safety requirements across our projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site quality inspections and functional testing using standard measuring tools.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Perform safety audits and support corrective action plans.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports with supporting evidence and data.
• Provide timely feedback and support engineering teams with quality-related issues.
• Be flexible to travel, relocate within the country when required.

Preferred Qualities

• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good communication skills.
• Objective, organised, and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the construction industry.
• Experience with housing construction or steel structure projects is an added advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and general computer operations.
