Marketing & Program Operations Intern

Role Overview
- The Marketing & Program Operations Intern will play a critical role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Centonomy Personal Financial Management and Centonomy Entrepreneur programs.
- The intern will focus primarily on client engagement follow-ups, participant data management, and operational coordination to ensure an excellent client experience and efficient program delivery.
- This role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and people-centered individual who is confident in engaging clients, tracking program activities, and ensuring that information flows effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Participant Engagement
- Contact deferred students for both Centonomy 101 and Centonomy Entrepreneur programs to encourage reactivation and completion.
- Follow up with clients who have signed up but not yet made their first payment to support onboarding and timely conversion.
- Track and record all follow-up activities, maintaining an organized record of communications and outcomes.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the Program Managers for next- level intervention.
- Support client communication during and after program activities to ensure a positive participant experience.
- Attendance & Data Management
- Support in preparing and updating class calendars and writeups for each program intake, ensuring accuracy and visibility on the organization’s calendar app.
- Track attendance and support live class coordination.
- Liaise with Client Relations to maintain accurate participant records, including attendance, deferral information, and progress tracking.
- Input and update information in designated tracking systems to support analysis and reporting.
- Ensure all data is handled with confidentiality and in compliance with Centonomy’s data management policies.
- Event & Sales Support
- Support sales and engagement activities during events such as Open Days, Centonomy Entrepreneur Chats, Workshops, and Exhibitions.
- Manage registration desks, capture participant details accurately, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism and warmth.
- Compile and organize event data for post-event analysis, feedback, and reporting.
- Provide logistical and administrative support in the planning, setup, execution, and close-out of events to ensure smooth operations and an excellent participant experience.
Qualifications
- A degree (completed, even if not yet graduated) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable engaging clients via phone, email, and in-person communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms).
- A keen eye for detail, with a passion for service and results.
