Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HRM, Business Administration, Commerce (HR Option), Industrial Relations, or Organizational Development
  • Diploma in HR Management (mandatory if degree not HR-based)
  • CHRP-K / IHRM Membership (Advantage)
  • Computer proficiency training in MS Office
